Terms of Service for ii Stupid

By purchasing or using any product from II Stupid ("we," "us"), you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, don't buy or use our products.

1. Use at your own risk. Our products, including the Paid Menu, may violate the terms of service of the game or platform they're used with. We are not responsible or liable for any bans, suspensions, or other account/device penalties resulting from their use. That risk is entirely on you.

2. No guarantees. We don't guarantee uptime, continued functionality, or that any product will keep working after game or anti-cheat updates. Things can break without warning.

3. Discontinuation. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or stop supporting any product at any time, for any reason. If a product is discontinued after you've purchased it, no refund will be issued. But, we will try and keep this up forever.

4. No refunds. All sales are final. Because our products are delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or access has been granted, except where required by law.

5. No reselling. You may not resell, redistribute, leak, or share purchased products without our permission. Doing so can result in loss of access with no refund.

6. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after an update means you accept the new terms.
